For the long-winded explanation of plot, technique, etc., see Toneriko's. This one took a bit longer, since it started out over twice the size of Toneriko's, and then I couldn't get it right, and I even now I still don't like it very much. But, again, supposed to be sketchy, and there will probably be a re-draw later. "Amsterdam" by Coldplay for the soundtrack for this one. Fitting for Amaya, I guess. Kinda. Maybe sorta?

But finally, a picture of Amaya. Considering she's the main character, I sure don't draw her enough.

Proportions are weird, but i like the position of her arms. She seems almost tentative, to me. But considering how long her hair is and how much effort it would be to get it all curled up on her head, not to mention she's wearing a dress with transluscent gold material... and she's normally, y'know, wearing pants and being a ninja and all that-- I'd be tentative, too.

Plus side of fluffy gowns: lots of space to conceal weaponry.
